We always strive for you to enjoy the best services and care possible at Altabeeb Medical Specialist Centre.

In these lines you will find details about the terms and conditions for receiving services and treatments at our centres, and we have the right to change or modify any of its clauses for the purpose of development and improvement.

Please note that all information and content available on our website or in the list of terms and conditions, or social media is for introducing and explaining our services, and this is not considered a substitute for doctor’s consultation and choosing the most appropriate treatment for you. No professional advice can be provided without medical consultation with the doctor.

Treatment Plans and Treatment Estimates

Once the agreement on your treatment plan with the doctor is done, we will give you clear details about it. If this plan changes due to radiological or clinical findings, you will be informed about it, and it will be discussed with you.
Treatment plans and fees are valid for 90 days from the date of treatment prescription until you start it.
If you would like to inquire about any stage of treatment and any small details, do not hesitate to ask us before scheduling the actual treatments.

Consent Forms

Some treatments require to be preceded by the completion and signing of a written consent form, in order to explain the treatment mechanism and the necessary treatment pre and post care, and any possible complications that might happen.
Consent to any treatment may be revoked at any time by the patient or physician.

Fees

• Treatment fees are due on the day the treatment begins, and the patient has the right to benefit from the treatment (start treatment) within a maximum period of six months from paying the fees. The Centre is not responsible, in any case, for returning the amount to the patient or for providing treatment after an interruption of six months. Payment can be made in installments through financing companies.
• In case the treatment costs are paid via financing companies, please note that the financing agreement must be approved and signed before starting the treatment.
• The Centre has the right to charge new doctor’s consultation fees when 14 days or more have passed since the visit, except in cases where the patient is following up on previous treatment.
• When the treatment requires prosthetics processed in laboratory, 100% of the total fee must be paid on the date the impressions are taken.
• Fees for certain treatments, such as dental implants or metal braces or invisalign are taken in phases during each visit.
• When the treatment includes anesthesia, the treatment fees must be settled before the session in order to avoid financial transactions or signing under the influence of anesthesia.
• If any of your treatment costs are financed through a finance company, and you wish to cancel your treatment after signing the agreement, please be informed that a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total finance amount will be charged. In some circumstances, we reserve the right to require payment in advance for certain treatments.
• When treatment requires laboratory tests, 100% of the total fee must be paid on the date the sample is taken.

Appointment Cancellation or No-Show

• Please notify us at least 24 working hours in advance to cancel any previously booked appointment.
• If the patient does not attend three successive appointments, his next appointments will be placed on the waiting list.

Being Late for an Appointment

We understand that some patients travel long distances to reach the Centre, and sometimes being late for appointments may be unavoidable. If you will be late for more than 10 minutes, please note that your doctor may be busy with another appointment and may not be able to serve you; then the appointment may be canceled and a new appointment may be scheduled.

Personal Data

It is very important that you provide us with full details of your identifying information, your medical history and any medicines you are taking; and if any changes occur you should notify your doctor.
The patient is responsible of informing the Centre about any changes in personal details and/or medical history, such as diseases, medications used, or new surgeries.

Guarantee

At Altabeeb Medical Specialist Centre, we provide a guarantee for a period of (12 months) for fillings, crowns and bridges, provided that the following conditions are met:
1. The patient must have fully paid for the treatment and does not owe the Centre any money for the treatment he received.
2. Restorations are not damaged as a result of accident, collision, or excessive pressure.
3. The patient must have followed all post-treatment recommendations given by our dentists.
4. The patient must have had a routine examination every six months.
Some treatments may have a guarantee of less or more than one year, in which case you will be informed in writing by your doctor.

Use Patient Contact Details

At Altabeeb Medical Specialist Centre, the health of our patients is our highest priority, so we would like to keep our patients informed about the various important updates at the Centre and our latest special offers. In addition to reminding our patients of their appointments and other important notices.
Therefore, you may be contacted periodically by the Centre via phone, sms, WhatsApp or email.
If you do not wish to receive any contact from the Centre by any or all of these means, please let us know.

Use of Pictures and X-Rays

Altabeeb Medical Specialist Centre may use photographs and X-rays of your teeth for marketing and educational purposes on the Centre’s website and official communication channels. Your name will never be published, nor will your identity be revealed. However, if you do not want your images and x-rays to be used in this way, please let us know.

Offers

Altabeeb Medical Specialist Centre sometimes provides special offers on treatments, and these offers are subject to the availability of appointments and the suitability of the treatment for the patient.

Complaint Policy

Patient satisfaction and trust is our goal at Altabeeb Medical Specialist Centre, and therefore we always strive for them to be happy with their experience with us and we always accept their comments and remarks.
Complaints can be submitted by the patient or the authorized person in writing by filling out a simple complaints form available at reception, or by e-mail or website, or by calling customer service numbers.
In order to consider the complaint, it must be filed within two weeks of its occurrence, and complaints that are filed late will not be considered.
The Department will endeavor to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible within a time frame consistent with its complexity. For our full complaints procedures and policies, please ask our reception team.
If the complaint relates to any aspect of clinical care or associated fees, it will be dealt with by the management team and referred to the treating physician.
Please note that in these cases, Altabeeb Medical Specialist Centre does not bear any responsibility on behalf of the treating physician.

Data Protection Law

We store all patients’ personal details in a secure system in accordance with the Data Protection Law.
All clinical notes, digital radiographs, digital images, etc. remain the property of Altabeeb Medical Specialist Centre.
Copies of notes, x-rays and photographs can be provided to you upon request.
